JoeUSA.com made every attempt possible to find out how much the FDA fee is and how long it is valid for however no response to this inquiry was received. Therefore JoeUSA.com has no further details as to why XO-Care has chosen to abandon their North American clientele. Sales in the US were heading to nearly a 75% increase in our second year of operation as clients continue to be requested. Our most recent order was declined due to manufacturing not being able to produce product and ship by 8/31/11
